At Botanicus, we are very aware that many traditional crafts are no longer being passed on from generation to generation. There is a danger of losing these skills and to make sure there is at least some record of the special talents and experience required, we have sponsored a series of videos, demonstrating these special arts and crafts.
They were recorded in a part of Moravia called Wallachia where, thankfully, there are still craftsmen demonstrating their arts, in a typical Czech village environment. The films are produced in Czech language.
